The International Food Information Council (IFIC) submitted public comments to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), with the aims of contributing to a comprehensive understanding of how consumers handle and prepare food and developing an effective approach for consumer food safety education and outreach.
